Once a month, our space transforms into a speakeasy dinner built around music. One or several guest chefs take over the kitchen, composing a menu that exists for a single night, while vinyl selectors and collectors step behind the decks, opening their crates and sharing sounds shaped by memory, travel and exploration. Each course is timed to a chapter of the night's sound — plate and record speaking to one another as the evening moves forward. It isn't simply dinner. It's a slow journey across continents, one record and one plate at a time.

Once a month on a Thursday, the decks make way for a live band. Urban Base Jam brings together musicians from Rabat's hip-hop, funk, soul and afrobeat scenes for a night of real-time improvisation — no set list, no rehearsed show, just a rhythm section building grooves that shift with the room. Vocalists sit in, instrumentalists trade solos, and the night unfolds one groove at a time. It's the most unpredictable night on the calendar, and one of the most alive.

Under the Deck is La Cale's concert series — an intimate stage for Moroccan artists on the rise and established names redefining the scene, from Rita L'Oujdia and Yvzid to Kabareh Cheikhates. Staged once a month on a Thursday inside our 150-capacity room with a deliberately minimal set, the format strips everything back to the essentials: a real band, a close crowd, and sound built for a proper live show rather than background music. Expect the unexpected.

Fine Selection hands the night over to Morocco's vinyl selectors and collectors — DJs who dig deeper than the obvious, building sets from personal collections rather than algorithms. Once a month on a Wednesday, expect a genuinely varied set: disco, soul, house, afrobeat and whatever else earns a place in that night's crate. No theme beyond good taste and a real love of the format.

Sounds & Palettes pairs a hands-on art workshop with the sounds and cocktails La Cale is built around. Once a month on a Wednesday, guests spend the evening creating — guided by Palette Society — while a vinyl and hi-fi selection keeps the room moving and the bar keeps the cocktails coming. Part workshop, part listening session, part night out: art, people, drinks.
